Reel Note's busiest period of the year is based around St Patrick's celebrations, particularly thiis year, as Reel Note played a major part in Birmingham's big St Patrick's day parade, but also including the fundraiser and official launch VIP gala night.
First up was the big band night, featuring many top Midland's Irish bands, at Hennesseys bat in Digbeth, Birmingham on 24th Feb.
Friday, 3rd March, Reel Note hosted the official Launch nigh t for the Birmingham St Patrick's festival, at the Holiday Inn, Birmingham city centre. We even had a band selfie Birmingham's Lord Mayor, Councillor Carl Rice, which he also re-tweeted, obviously to up his profile!
The main day itself, Birmingham's St Patrick parade day, on 12th March, (consided the 3rd largest parade day in the world), Reel Note featured on the outside stage in Digbeth, alongside; the Conservatoire Folk Ensemble with Joe Broughton, dancer John Joyce, Rackhouse Pilfer the Destroyers. This time the Irish ambassador to UK, Dan Mulhall shared the stage for a song and kindly tweeted on the day.

Saturday night, 4rd March, Reel Note joined in the annual Irish charity night at the Olton Friary, alongside the Tomlisons and other guests.
